ABOUT
Poderi in Chianti is a "colonica"of 1600s located in the heart of Tuscany on the hills of Chianti region 30 minutes from Florence. The house is divided into very comfortable apartments and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden, vineyard and olive groves. The salt water swimming pool is available to guests with sun loungers and deck. Perfect location for your holidays in Chianti and your day trips throughout the Tuscan region.

Breakfast
On request, wonderful breakfasts served in the garden or in the dining room. Bakery products, homemade jams, fresh bread, cheeses and cured meats. Minimum 4 people.

Each accommodation has free access to the internet.
Garden
The garden, the farmyard and the large terrace overlooking the vineyards and the sunset are available to our guests for moments of relaxation or for meals. A large wood-burning barbecue allows you to cook roast meats and bruschetta independently
Custom meals
It is possible to taste our authentic Tuscan cuisine, comfortably seated in the cool garden, in the shade of the pergolas or overlooking the vineyards at sunset. You will be able to agree with us menus suited to your needs and tastes.
Pool
The beautiful swimming pool (12m x4m.) it is purified with salt and is equipped with night lighting. It has an internal access staircase. The lawn that surrounds it is furnished with umbrellas, sun loungers and deck chairs. A further shaded area offers a sitting area with wicker armchairs and sofas.
Cooking classes
We have been offering guests entertaining cooking classes for many years. We will be able to prepare together tasty appetizers, fresh pasta, condiments, roast meats, vegetables and delicious desserts. Each course concludes with a nice table eating what you will have cooked accompanied by our wine.

The most beautiful road in Chianti
A tour that will allow you to visit some of the most suggestive places in Chianti: Badia a Passignano, the Pesci chapel, Montefioralle, Panzano and the famous Cecchini butcher
An itinerary to discover villages full of charm and history. The medieval Barberino val d'Elsa. The city of Semifonte (destroyed by the Florentines ) and its dome of San Michele, scale reproduction of the dome of the cathedral of Florence. The parish church of Sant' Appiano. You will then arrive at medieval New York: San Gimignano. You can then visit the fortress of Colle val d'Elsa, a pretty town overlooking the river Elsa. You will then meet the small fortified village of Monteriggioni where the game "Assasin's creed" was set.
A beautiful and peaceful walk on the banks of the Pesa River in an enchanting and always fresh landscape.
Every Thursday morning the market takes place in the large square of the town. You can find fruit and vegetables from the farms, fish, local cheeses and small artisan productions

Truffle hunting
You will have the opportunity to live the experience of 'hunting' or searching for truffles in the heart of Chianti, whose hills are rich in black and white truffles. You can then enjoy your truffle by cooking it with us and eating it in the garden
